HOBÝM, aims at determining the needs and expectations
of its customers and offering products having the right
quality which satisfies them, obtaining service continuity
by managing the relationships correctly and increasing
its market share and competitiveness towards this.
In order to reach this goal, we work for maintaining
all processes at certain quality standard and producing
our products according to the economical and technical
requirements of the market. Towards the developing technology
and customer expectations, activities of all our departments
are based on Quality Management System requirements in
order to improve the quality level continuously.
We have chosen TS-EN-ISO 9001:2000 as reference standard
and established our Quality Management System accordingly.
All our operations are performed in accordance with the
rules stipulated by this standard.
Until now, HOBÝM has proven its service and product quality
via ISO 9001:2000 certificate awarded in 1998. At the
Turkish Quality Awards ceremony organized in Istanbul
on 5 May 2004, HOBÝM had been awarded with Quality Award,
being selected among most successful companies.
