HOBİM aims at protecting confidentiality of its Information Assets and providing integrity as well as permitting only authorized personnel or units’ access to them.

In order that, Information Security Management System and Information Security Policies were established according to ISO/IEC 27001 standard and system certifying efforts are being maintained. All activities of HOBİM are being performed and managed in accordance with the rules stipulated by this standard.

HOBİM has an “absolute customer satisfaction” approach and 7/24 continuous working skills. Business continuity principle is a part of our organizational culture. Therefore, the departments established within the framework of Digital Printing and Enveloping, Archive Management, Scratch and Smart Card Production, Application Development, Offset Printing and Envelope Production serve so as to maintain working against an extraordinary condition and cover the optimum needs of their customers.

In accordance with the Physical Security Policy, the physical access to the areas including information assets and information systems and boundaries encircling these areas is permitted under control and authorization. In order to be prepared for possible physical security vulnerabilities, emergency planning is being done and knowledge and skills are being kept updated and at a high level by regular exercises.

In order to monitor instant present condition as well as to perform backward search in case a possible risk is realized, the efficient Close Circuit Camera System (CCTV) is used. All our employees and third parties/visitors must use identified ID cards for accessing the working areas. Systems equipped with iris and finger print control are used at many critical entrance /exit points and shipments of goods are done through double controlled door systems.

By July 2008, our Smart Card production facility was accredited by GSM Association with SAS (Security Accreditation Scheme) security certificate; and with this certificate, it has been one of the highly protected production facilities, which are few worldwide.
